1. Please check the textbooks you would like to purchase and sign the order form (with parent's signature).
2. Order forms and textbook fee must be submitted to the office by June 6th, 2019. Late orders won't be accepted. 
3. The listed price is the suggested retail price. The school would refund the students if any purchased item is sold at a lower price.
